Problem Installing Features on Office XP Pofessional

I went to Yahoo and downloaded the software for reading Chinese characters.
It prompted me to insert the Windows XP disk, which I did. Then it took me to
a message that says in order for the features to be active, I had to restart
my computer. But when it restarted and got to the desktop windows, it started
installing the features and then a message came up that said "The feature you
are installing is on a network resource that is unavailble". It said to
browse for the file "PROPLUS.MSI" in Microsoft Office XP Professional with
Frontpage. I found a file named "PROPLUS" and clicked on it, but then
another error message popped up to say that it was unsucccessful.

Please advise.

Oh, one more thing...

I have no problem reading Chinese characters on my browerser and WORD. But
every time I try to launch WORD or Frontpage, that installing box comes up
again and I have to click "Cancel" to open the programs. Basically,
everything works except I have to get rid of the installing box everytime I
start my computer and everytime I launch WORD & Frontpage.
