Problem installing Handheld Synch for Entourage X

I downloaded Handheld Synch for Entourage X. When I try to
run the installer it hangs with an error message that says
"Microsoft component Plugin not found". I think I have all
the prerequisites installed on my computer: Palm Desktop
4.1, Office X (including Entourage version 10.0.0). I am
running a Mac G4 733 Mhz with 386 MB RAM and OS 10.2.8.
Anyone have any ideas?

You need to update your copy of Office before you can install the Handheld
Synchronization conduit. Download and install the latest Office X updates,
which are 10.1.2, 10.1.4, and 10.1.5 (10.1.3 is unnecessary). They¹re
available from Microsoft.

After doing that, you should be able to install the Handheld Synchronization
tool.
