Problem Printing Messages

I have Entourage 2004 version 11.3.3. When I used to print out messages
that I received from other people it would include the header information
such as who it was from and when the message was received. For some reason
it isn¹t doing this now and I can¹t figure out how to make it work. Any
ideas?

Hello Keith,

This could be because your printing forms may be corrupt, so what we
want to do is to trash this printing form.

1. Quit all Office applications
2. Go into the harddrive/users/home/documents/Microsoft User Data/and
drag the printing forms to the trash
3. Open Entourage and then try to print a email

I'm seeing a similar problem in Ent 2004 11.3.4; I can tell when a
message won't print correctly because I don't see the Entourage print
dialog extensions (the Quick Preview section and all the checkboxes for
name, etc.).

This isn't all the messages received, just a few.

This usually occurs with complex HTML messages. They are rendered by a
separate process that apparently isn't linked with the regular Entourage
printing function, so you get a dialog box with limited options.
Unfortunately, there's nothing you can do about for the moment.

If this is an important feature for you, be sure to send the feature request
to Microsoft. In Entourage X or 2004, go to Help > Send Feedback on
