Problem sending mail to corp. accounts

I have an Entourage 2004 client that can send mail to internet receipants
fine, but can't send any mail to anyone to the company through exchange
2003. Any idea's?

I recreated his identity, and he's able to reply to e-mails fine, but when
creating new e-mail the mail sends, but never reaches the person it was sent
to.
