Problem using ssh tunneling with localhost, error -3260

I am trying to setup entourage to read from the localhost via ssh to my
company server. Every time I try to read mail I get the -3260 error
message. I have validated my account settings in both mac mail and netscape
mail and both work fine with ssh.

Any ideas on what could be causing this?
