We use Outlook 2000 with Exchange 2003 and I've set up some resources, logged on as those resource accounts and made the necessary resource settings as well as appointed delegates (with author rights) to be notified when the resource is requested.
When a user goes to schedule a meeting with users as "required" and the resource as a "resource", the delegates are not notified the resource has been requested. When the resource is put in the "required" field, the delegates are notified?
MSFT says that w/ Exch2003 you have to give every user who will be allowed to
use the resource Author permissions. Huh??? Every user in my Exch system is
to be allowed to use these resources
Anyone have good instructions for resource set up and scheduling in Exch2003?
