Problem with active X MScomcrlLibSlider2 moving around on form

I've got a sMScomCrlLibSlider2 active x control that is turned off and on by
picking a yes/no button. All that happen in the code is :

DemoSlider1.enabled = False
or
DemoSlider1.enabled = True
However, everytime the slider is activated (true), the slider jumps to the
top left corner of the form. the anchor is set to "top left", and if I change
the anchor toone of the otjher presets, it jumps there instead.

Is this what is supposed to be happening? If so, is there a way to feine an
anchor point in the middle of thepage (where I want the slider to be)?
