Problem with ASP.NET (aspx files)

I need to include some aspx pages in an existing FrontPage web.

The web uses themes and navigation bars generated by the FrontPage navigation view

I am able to "import" the asp.net app into the FrontPage web. In the FrontPage designer view the "features" are all there ( nav, theme) but when I view these pages in a browser they don't appear - just the content of the .aspx pages.

I'm using FP2003
