Problem with auto response rule

I've set up the following rule:

Apply this rule after the message arrives
with Subscribe in the recipient's address
and on this machine only
reply using C:\Documents and Settings\Owner\Application
Data\Microsoft\Templates\Confirm.oft
and move it to the Subscribe folder.
================

Confirm.oft was saved as a plain text message in the folder above.

When a "Subscribe" message arrives it does get moved to the Subscribe
folder, but the reply never is sent. What am I doing wrong?
