problem with centered pages - change white background to black?

Great board, very helpful...Thanks!

I figured out how to cause the entire page to always center itself
(with the help of everyone on this site). However, all the space
around the centered website is white. I would like it to be black.
Is there code I can put in to control the extra space that IE puts
around a webpage? Thanks in advance to everyone!

Anywhere within the <head> </head> tags of your page add

<style type="text/css">
body {background-color: black}

Dunno if Pub will let you keep it though.

I'd like to see your centered website can you post a URL for it?
