Problem with creation of stationery

Hi everybody.
I want to create a stationery for my business. I used Word to create it. I
put the logo at the top, the address underneath, and a color background.
I save it as an html file. If I view it in Internet Explorer, everything
appears. When I go to Outlook to add the stationery, then the image
disappear. I can only see a frame. Any idea anyone?
