Problem with email name listing

I have a problem with a Mac I'm supporting. The user sends out emails and everyone that receives the emails sees her name in the box correctly, but when she reads those emails, it comes up as if someone else who no longer works in the company sent the emails. I'm not entirely sure as to what is causing this.

Check the Address Book entry, Entourage can pull the name from there.
