Entourage insists on compressing folders when used as attachments. How would
Windows users receive it? Can compression be turned off for folders?

Windows users can download the free Stuffit Decoder to open such an
attachment. Entourage has to do this to preserve the file hierarchy. If you
don't want this, add each individual file in the folder as an attachment.
