Problem with Entourage Mail ID - includes 'User'

People who receive my email say it says it is from My Name (User). I never
added "user" myself and can't seem to edit that entry in the address book.
Any idea how to edit "user" out of my name?

What version of Entourage are you using? Have you checked Tools -->
Accounts --> <your E-mail account name> and edited the user name there?

Hi Bill
Using version 11.3.6. Found User in last name field in address book, edited it out and replace with correct last name. Tested several times, including after restarting Entourage. Did not solve problem. Tools/Accounts shows proper ID. Am checking with ISP now.

Solved problem - dove further into Tools/Accounts by opening the account. Account ID had User after my name, but was able to edit out and all tested as desired. Thanks for the help.
