I've been trying to upgrade to 2004 from Entourage X, but I keep
having problems with multiple accounts. I only have one domain name
for email, but under X, I created multiple accounts (i.e.
[email protected], [email protected], etc.) so I could have
Entourage tag and file incoming emails and so I could send emails
from those various email addresses.
But under 2004, I keep getting various errors on these extra
(non-default) accounts: The passwords are no good and I am prompted to
retype them, the server doesn't respond, duplicate identical emails
appear in my inbox, etc.
Any idea what's going on? When I return to Entourage X, I don't have
these problems at all. I have imported all my accounts from X to
2004, recreated identities, recreated these multiple accounts from
scratch, and still the problems...
Is there some kind of bug?
