Problem with Right Justified

In the book my wife wrote and I am formatting it for publication. On some of the pages in the chapters the text doesn't see to be Right Justified. It seem to happen ending the page and starting another page. I have highlighted the text and the Right Justified is high lighted. I have tried things that I found on the Web but nothing fixes the problem.

Any suggestions?

Without actually seeing the problem document, it can be difficult for anyone to diagnose the issue. Can you attach a document to a post with some representative data (delete anything sensitive)? You do this via the 'Upload a File' tab at the bottom of this screen.
