I like to print my daily calendar where there is a pane for the events
and appointments, a pain for tasks, and a pane for notes. I did this
for the first time with Entourage 2004 yesterday and discovered a few
bugs. Firstly, if you don't have a check in the checkbox for tasks in
file-print-layout, your tasks do not show up on the one page printout
as described above. If you do check tasks, then not only are your
tasks printed on page one, you also get a second page with just tasks
on it. Secondly, your completed tasks print on page one (events and
appointments, tasks, and notes) and on page two (just tasks).
Thirdly, on page one (events and appointments, tasks, and notes) your
completed tasks show up with a little check box next to them that is
not checked, thus appearing to be current and incomplete. On page two
(just tasks) they to show up as complete.
It seems to me that firstly, you should be able to tell Entourage not
to print your completed tasks. Secondly, if you want your tasks to
print with your calendar, you should be able to tell Entourage to
print your tasks as a pane with your calendar without getting the task
only second page. Thirdly, if you do want your complete tasks to
print, they should show up as completed, whether in a pane or on a
second sheet.
I am curious if anyone else can duplicate this problem.
