Hello - I've been using Entourage (both X and then 2004) for quite awhile
with no trouble connecting to our Exchange server.
Then, today, after upgrading to Mac system 10.3.8, I stopped receiving mail,
and I got a periodic "Logon failure: unknown user name or bad password"
error message.
When I check my mail using Outlook Express (in Classic mode) it's fine, as
is mail using the web client. I even went so far as to delete the account
and re-create it, with the same results.
The crazy thing is, I can still SEND mail, but only if I start the program,
and rush out the message before I get the "Logon failure" error message.
Once I receive the error message, Entourage quits talking to the Exchange
server (or something) and I can't send or receive mail.
Anyone else have this (or similar) problem?
