Problems exporting projects from Entourage 2004

I have been trying to export an entire project ( i.e. all mail, contacts,
notes etc). This project has 800 pieces of correspondence approximately.

When I try to export the project I get a message stating that I have stopped
the export.

This does not happen on my smaller projects. All of which have exported
correctly.

Anyone know of a solution?

Try rebuilding the database. In Entourage 2004, you must launch the
Microsoft Database Utility.
1. Launch Entourage, holding down the ³Option² key. Or, launch the
Database Utility separately; it is located in HD/Applications/Microsoft
Office 2004/Office/.
2. If you are prompted, allow the Database Utility to quit open Office
applications.
3. Once the Database Utility is open, select your identity from the list at
the top.
4. Click the ³Rebuild Database² button, and click ³Continue.²

If that doesn't help, try searching for edited messages. Do a search (Edit
Advanced Find) for all messages.

ITEM TYPES Messages
LOCATION All Folders ˆ Include Deleted Items
CRITERIA Match if any criteria are met
Category is None
Category is not None

Then, when the search results have finished loading (it might take a while),
make sure the Message Status column is turned on (View > Columns > Message
Status). Sort by that column by clicking it (it looks like a blue star),
and look for messages with the edited icon (looks like an eraser on a piece
of paper). Try viewing the source of each edited message (View > Source).
If you have problems seeing the source of an edited message, that means it
is corrupted. If you make sure that those corrupted edited messages are
deleted, you might have success in exporting the project.
