Problems forwarding e-mail w/ embedded music or motion in Outlook 2000

Using Outlook 2000 (Small Business Edition) running under
Windows XP Pro and using Word 2000 as my e-mail editor,I
receive e-mails that, when opened, automatically play
music to accompany the text of the e-mail. Some of the e-
mails also have graphics or pictures that include motion.

When I try to forward these same e-mails to friends, I am
almost always told that e-mail received, but no music.
Also sometimes, the graphics or pictures have
become 'static' (in other words, they are not accompanied
by the motion).

My ISP 'Help Desk' assures me that they are not blocking
anything that would create this problem and turning off
Norton Anti-Virus and Norton Personal Firewall does not
seem to help either. Is this a problem with settings
internal to the Outlook program and, if so, can anyone
provide the necessary guidance to remedy this annoying
situation? Thank you.

PROBLEM SOLVED!! Yahoo!
Neo was kind enough to suggest that turning off WORD as
my e-mail editor might resolve this difficulty and it
did. Many thanks to Neo for the help.
