I've recently replaced Outlook 2002 with Outlook 2003. I
was using the Microsoft Personal Folder Backup Add-In
with 2002. However, after installing 2003 the PST Backup
tool was no longer available. I tried to reinstall the
backup program but I receive the following error message:
Setup has detected that you already have a version of
Personal Folders Backup installed on this machine.
Before this download can be installed you must first
uninstall the previous version. To uninstall, please
answer yes to the next question.
I next get the following message:
Are you sure you want to uninstall this product?
After answering yes to the above question, I get this
message:
This action is only valid for products that are currently
installed.
Then I receive a setup error message:
To install this download, please uninstall the previous
version of Personal Folders Backup using the Add/Remove
Programs Control Panel.
When I go to add/remove programs, Personal Folders Backup
is not listing. Any ideals on how I can install the PST
Backup program?
