Problems sending emails.

I recently am having sending emails. I have 11.4.0 installed. When I try and
send, it takes for ever followed by an error message saying (An operation on
the server timed out etc) but it is sent or I have to wait longer with
another message saying (This message must be sent Unicode. Some mail programs
cannot display Unicode correctly. Do you want to send message)

I have spoken with my ISP and they say everything is OK their end and speed
tests prove normal.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It still looks like they changed the SMTP server. Can you double check
that you are using the proper SMTP server from your ISP??

I suspect that you were using an old one that they retired and you are
threfore now getting time-outs.
