PROBLEMS SENDING GROUPS WITHIN GROUPS IN 2004?!?!

1. Imported addressbook info from Office X into 2004

2. Have groups with 5 to 500 names and public lists

3. Have master groups made up of these smaller groups (usually 5 groups to a master)

4. Shows up in 'Sent items'

5. no one gets the email...

Reconstruct the master groups. Entourage uses IDs, not names. While the new
2004 importer is very good about matching the new IDs to contacts who are
members of groups, it may not do so for groups which are members of other
groups.

First send an email to a simple group that has only contacts, no sub-groups,
in it. Do they get the message?

If so, just empty your master groups and make them again by dragging or
auto-completing the sub-groups as members.
