Problems sending mail

We've configured outlook with 2 differents accounts:
1- Exchange account (internal)
2- pop3/smtp account (external via ISP)

When we try to forward an internal email (exchange) to an
external person (pop3 via ISP) the email is sent via
exchange even with pop3 account configured as default
(first en email send order).

We've SP2 installed. How can we solved this automatically?
