Problems syncing with entourage and ical for leopard

I am having some problems getting my Entourage calendar into iCal for
Leopard. No matter how many times I tick, untick and tick the calendar
option for Sync Services in Entourage it still does not send any data to
iCal. Without it I cannot sync to my phone for iSync.

This used to work and did for a short while when I first installed Leopard
but in order to ensure all data was correct I stopped the sync services from
Entourage, deleted the 'entourage' calendar in iCal and started afresh but
alas no joy.

I have tried deleting the plist preference file for ical but that didn't
help. I checked for a plist for Entourage in /user/library/calendars but
there isn't any old file for the previous 'entourage' calendar.

I have restarted, closed and reclosed apps but am stuck.

Resetting sync services doesn't work. I think it's Entourage-iCal
sync is broken in Leopard. Other suggestions on the Entourage Support
site don't work either, probably because there is no ~\library
\application support\iCal folder in Leopard.

I cannot get my Entourage calendar to appear no matter what I do.
Please help.

I followed all the instructions above in addition to deleting the
"com.microsoft.entourage.syncservices.plist" file in the library/preferences
window. My synchronization is now working like a charm. Hope this helps.
