I'm using Outlook 2003.
In the Safe Senders options I have the "Always trust e-mail from my Contacts" box checked, but the e-mail I receive from people I have in my Contacts are still having the pictures filtered out of the messages. I have double-checked to make sure the particular e-mail address they sent me the message from is entered in their contact information. From within the e-mail I can right-click the privacy message and choose the "Add Sender to Safe Sender's List," but I don't understand why I should need to do that if I have that particular box checked that I first mentioned.
Also, when I'm creating a new message and click the "To..." button I see none of my contacts listed. Shouldn't it be listing all the same contacts I have entries for in Outlook? Is that why I'm having the problem with Safe Senders?
