I had to wipe my original HD and am trying to reload Office. I¹m having a
problem with entourage. I¹ve reinstalled my user data and everything is
working OK except. At first, when I¹d open the data file, I¹d get a warning
that the program couldn¹t access the preferences file but if I clicked OK,
the file then opened. I finally got past that and now it won¹t send, I get
an access denied box. It was working before and I¹ve gone through and
checked all the info and it all is correct. The same account will send and
receive on Mail but will receive but not send on Entourage. I¹ve gone
through and tried a new user file but no luck. Please help.
