Problems with active buttons on Internet Explorer

I have an HTML of Web Page created in Front Page 2002
that have an active button inside, but this has problems
to be shown in Windows XP IE. In Windows 98 this button
doesn't have any problems to be show or to fuction
correctly.
Please, anyone can help me on this problem?

I think I am having the same problem. I have Frontpage
2000, XP Pro. I didn't have this problem when I had
Windows ME. When working on designing my site, then
trying to look at the Preview tab, the hover buttons that
I have as links to other pages don't show up. They show
up as just an outline with a red X in it. Also, when I
try to view other sites with IE 6, that have been created
using Frontpage 2000, I can't see those buttons either.
Please help if you have any ideas. Thanks.
