Problems with ActiveX controls on slideshow...

Hi,

When placing ActiveX controls on a slide and subsequently
running the slideshow the ActiveX control will appear in
the top-left corner of the screen. However, an "image"
of the original control is still displayed on the slide
in the correct position?

Any ideas?

I'm trying a number of different controls... e.g...

Microsoft ProgressBar Control 6.0 (SP4)
Microsoft Slider Control 6.0 (SP4)

I'm quite advanced with Powerpoint but new to powerpoint
with VBA (only done some Excel VBA) so I might just be
using them incorrectly.

I have simply placed the tools onto the slide from the
toolbox and started slideshow view. All the controls
overlay each other in the top left but are active.

I thought it might be the dual display setup on my laptop
so I have tried this on a colleagues desktop with the
same result.

Hi my idea is that the powerpoint is scaling to fill a monitor but the
activex cant
so try changing screen resolution perhaps?
Or Maybe add the activex at the same screensize as playback
