Problems with Contacts/Address Book after moving PST... standard solutions don't seem to work

Hi Bob
Try this:
1. Right click on your contacts folder. Goto the "Outlook
Address Book" tab. Make sure the "Show this folder as an
e-mail address book" check-box is ticked.
2. Open some of your contacts and make sure that they are
not marked as private (Right bottom of contact).

Mail me @ [email protected] if you still
struggle after this. I have one more suggestion.

The option is checked but greyed out in IMO.
2. Open some of your contacts and make sure that they are
not marked as private (Right bottom of contact).

All are normal.
