' LOG2.xls' (http://members.cox.net/shiftnsix/LOG2.xls)

in the above file i want to do the following (but i dont know how):

on the left side youll see that there is a date in a cell. it i
referenced from the date that appears near the top right under th
heading "week starting:" .

is there any way i can i can make the cells below that first reference
date (the one on the left side) automatically put in the next day
date?

for example: the first date is the 8th. in the cell below i would wan
it to automatically put in the 9th, then the 10th, and so on...
i want it to fill in the dates like that (in order) when i put in th
"starting date"...

i hope this makes sense to you...

ive already got it setup to reference whatever date i got in th
top-right. but i need it to do what ive just tried to explain...

thanx for the help,

the excel noobie...:

Hi
If you write following formula under cell B12 (i.e. B13...)

=IF($B12="";"";$B12+1)

....and then copy this formula from cell B13 to B14, to B15 and so on.

Then tuesday is date monday + 1, wednesday is date tuesday +1, and so on

thanx for the info Torgeir!

now, my work week starts on a wednesday... thats why monday is at th
bottom...

what would i need to change as far as the formula goes?

also, does excel KNOW that it should be following a calender? or, i
this setup just going to put in the next number in line?
example: i start with sept 30th... is it going to put in sept 31st
even tho there is no sept 31st
