PROBLEMS WITH EMAILS SENT WITH ENTOURAGE TO EXCHANGE CLIENTS

I've got the following problem: when an email is sent from an entourage
client to an exchange one the exchange client inbox is not updated
anymore.
The workaround of this problem is to open the exchange web client were
the inbox items are correctly listed. Then eliminate the entourage sent
item or move it to deleted items. After this action the exchange pc
client restarts working properly.
IS ANYONE AWARE OF THIS PROBLEM? ANY IDEA TO SOLVE IT?

I'VE NEVER SEEN THAT HERE.
I don't know what would move sent items to the inbox (a Rule maybe??)
and I dont; see why that would block Outlook.

You're not telling us what version of Entourage or what version of
Exchange (if you know it).
Is Entourage up to date on your Mac??
