problems with formating and concatonating time [hours]

Hello Excellers,

This is my problem:

B2 = 10:00
D1 = 11:00

Formula in D2
=B2 & " - " & D1

Result in D2 shows
0,25 - 0,260416666666667

But it should look like this
10:00 - 11:00

How to tackle this?
