MIDI files can only be linked other than embedded in PowerPoint, so
you have to email your pp show with external midi files together.
Actually, emailing a presentation with rich-media has other solutions.
For example, you can convert your PowerPoint to Flash movie or other
video files with all media embedded and email the output files.
Ruth, save yourself a lot of headaches and try the free PFCExpress add-in
for PowerPoint. It was designed for this very situation and costs
absolutely nothing. You can download a copy from: http://www.playsforcertain.com
Flash is NOT the solution to every problem in this world. WinZip is a lot
cheaper than your product, and the files are still editable when unzipped by
the recipient.
