Whenever I receive a forwarded .pdf file attachment from anyone using
Outlook I get a grey screen when I try to open it. I have tried saving
the file first and still get the same result. Anyone know of a fix? I am
using an iMac G4 with OS 10.2.8 and Entourage 10.1.0 (2006).
