Has anyone come up with a good way to separate completed from active
projects? I've reviewed everything I can find in the newsgroup on how
to manage projects that are completed and have not found a sufficient
solution. My goal is to simply have the projects that are not
completed be displayed at the forefront. The oft-suggested archive,
delete, and import if you want to review again does not work well for
me on many fronts. As I tested the process with mock projects I found
many glitches such as the contact that is imported will no longer be
associated with the project, tasks and calendar events disappear, and
if the wrong button is pushed essential information may be lost
forever. I tried renaming the projects in Edit: Project Properties,
putting a "Z" or a symbol (*) at the first of the project name, but
the display order under project center on the left bar did not change.
What would be wonderful is if there was a way to add a folder under
Project Center where I could put all the old projects and get them out
of the way, but easily access them later as needed. Any other work-
arounds that have been successful?
