Problems with re-installling "Business contact manager"

We have had several situations where "business contact manager" has
dissapered from our PC's. When we re-installing from the WEP - we run through
the complete sequence. Every thing seems OK - but "business contact manager"
never shows up in Outlook.
- "Business contact manager" is shown in the list of S/W
- We have tried to un-install - and run the installation again

Any suggestions?

PS. Except for the above - we are 8 happy users of "business contact manager"
