I can not open Word, when I try to open it , remove it or
reinstall it I get the message "this patch package could
not be opened. Verify that the patch exists and that you
can access it, or contact the application vendor to
verify that it is a valid Windows Installer patch package"
It is a Tiny computor and I have recived no help from
them. Microsoft will not help because it was preinstalled
and the Microsoft Knowledge Base Article describing this
error suggessts I remove the Damaged Registry Key
DFAD2CEE8555CAO4E8C9O55O8C8FO18E. However when I try to
remove this key, following the instructions in the
Article, it does not exist.
Any advise gratefully recieved!
