I installed Office 2008 Student Edition, then i downloaded the full
Entourage versionYou cannot install Office 2008 SP1 Update (12.1.0) on
this volume. A version of the software required to install this update
was not found on this volume. off of a emailtrust site for my work.
Now when I try to open Entourage i get the "This identity cannot be
opened with this version of Entourage. So i tried to download the
update it says " ". So i am completely stumped, i have rebuilt the
database and made sure Office 2008 was in the app folder. I just don't
know what to do?

I'm curious how you downloaded the full version. AFAIK the only way you can
do this is a pirated copy. Can you please explain how you downloaded the
full version?
