"Procedure entry point" error message

When I open Outlook and go to my calendar and try to open an appointment, I receive a error message in a helpctr.exe messgae box that states
"The procedure entry point RtlIs ThreadWithin Loader callout could no tbe located in the dynamic link library ntdl.dll
Has anyone come across this and do you know of a fix?
