Produce Report By Month and Year

Hi, anyone there care to offer some advice. How to
produce the sequence from combo box to command button
and finally producing the report according to the
month selected or years keyed in? Currently, report
has been created without using queries and what has
been displayed is the report of all the months and
years. Thank you!
