So, anonymous, is the OP talking about Office? Word? Visio? Snagit? And what
version? If you're so confident of what the OP needs, why haven't you posted
a helpful response?

You'd be surprised at how many people post questions here for products that
are not Office-related. And there's no indication of version or anything else
that might help someone give a good solution.

Please take your gripes with DL elsewhere. Your post was not humorous, witty
