i loaded the cd that had the product key on its case, typed inthe product
key, got everything set up and ended the installation when it told me to.
now when i try to get into word or excel a window comes up saying i need to
put in my initials and product key, even though i already did this during
setup. when i put the product key in appropriate blanks int he this window,
it says that it is an invalid number. i have checked my typing a dozen
times, im not entering any typos. i was not given a box/instructions when i
bought the product, so my sincerest apologies if this answer is right there
in the directions.
