Is an email profile in Outlook 2003 the same as a user profile in Windows
XP? Is it completely unrelated? Or is it similar, but different? I'm totally
confused!

Outlook profiles are completely independent of the Operating System.

Outlook mail profiles are stored as part of the user's Windows profile
