program freezes

Please Help!
My Entourage X just keeps freezing, no error message, I have to force
quit and then reboot before the program will work again. Any
suggestions??? Thanks!

You need to give us some more info before we can help. What version OS and
Entourage?

Have you tried removing preferences. Drag to desktop, relaunch Entourage.

~/Library/Preferences/com.microsoft.Entourage.plist
~/Library/Preferences/Microsoft/Entourage Preferences

Have you run Repair Permissions?

Open Disk Utility in your Applications/Utility folder.

Click on the First Aid tab and select Repair Permissions

Click on the icon for your boot volume.

Click the repair permissions button.


Don't run from CD as updates have a newer version of Repair Permissions.

Run Repair Permissions from the volume being repaired.

updates. I've tried the permissions, I'll have to try preferences.

If removing preferences does not help, use "Remove Office" then apply
updates.

"Remove Office" is located in the Value Pack folder on the Office X CD.
You'll need your CD key when you install.
