Could some one please referme to which Microsoft program that will enable me to produce a business plan for a newly developted product with detailed specs, graghic design photos,spreed sheets documenting design, manufacturing, distrabution, maintenece cost and future projected profits in a professional format to present to perspected finanial nvesters or banking establishment

Office. It comes with a spell checker which you obviously could benefit
from.

Microsoft does not develop 'business plan' software but many
Microsoft products can be used to develop specific parts of a
business plan.

I would recommend at minimum using Microsoft Office 2003 [1].
When you get to that page use the search feature using "business plan"
as your search term. You may also want to consider using Microsoft
Publisher [2] to aggregate all of the documents in the plan for
presentation purposes.

I also strongly urge you to contact SCORE (Service Core of Retired
Executives) [3] -- a nonprofit organization which provides small
business
counseling and training under a grant from the U.S. Small Business
Administration (SBA). Your state will have at least one chapter.

That would be news to me. Microsoft Project is an application that is
used to plan and manage the progress of 'projects' -- time lines and so
on -- material cost factors -- not create 'business plans' -- the two
are distinctly different planning processes.

We don't plan a project until we have a business and while many
businesses operate without a business plan the expressed objective
was to create a plan that could be used to present to obtain financing.

that Project may be used as a business planning tool for a manufacturing
