Program Trying to Access E-mail Addresses

I frequently synchronize my Palm Tungsten C with various components of
Outlook 2003. However, with the latest version of Outlook, I find that the
synchronization frequently gives a warning message that "a program is trying
to access e-mail addresses" and asks if I want to permit this for 1 minute
or so. If I quickly check yes, the synchronization proceeds.

Is there a way to turn off this warning message and have the synchronization
proceed uninterrupted?
