Programmatic AutoSignature

Is there any way I can programmatically create an AutoSignature?

I have a group of people that I would like to have the same text placed at
the bottom of their e-mail messages. Can I even access the AutoSignature
collection to create a new one? Can I set it to the default?

There is no AutoSignature collection. Where the signature
is stored and how it's applied depends on the version of
Office and the editor. Default stationery or a disclaimer
tool at the server level (see
http://www.slipstick.com/addins/content_control.htm)
might be a better solution.
