programmatically UNset the 'Keep an updated copy of this

I am automating the creation of task assignments and
cannot figure out for the life of me how to
programmatically UNset the 'Keep an updated copy of this
task in my task list' tickbox.

Does anyone know how to do this? Do I need Office
developer? Surely I dont need it to access more
properties of the TaskItem?!

Most frustrating Microsoft !! I have read SO much
documentation to no avail, not that a lot if it is any
good ... most of it is one liners (ie see 'CardData'
help ... so that is CardData then? Who knows ... a search
on Google dosnt even give info on that one)
