Programs Not Able To Connect To Outlook

I'm trying to use Outlook2Mac to export my outlook 03
files but the above software can't connect. Below is the
error message. I've got dialog boxes before asking if I
want to give permission to another program to access
outlook for 1,2,5,10 minutes, but I don't get that here.
Any Help would be appreciated. Here is the error message
I get when I launch O2Mac:
You may want to re-install Outlook and get the latest
updates from Microsoft.

Sounds like a problem with Outlook2Mac. Have you asked the vendor for
support?
